Activate – Sending apps, social media, we are all constantly busy with it. But what if our mobiles can let us do cool things together again? What if you would ask your guests to do some fun activities together? Their experience would be so much richer. Give them assignments they can do together with others. Maybe even with others they do not know.
QR codes – With QRQuest you create a quest of multiple assignments. Each assignment has a QR code that you can scatter throughout your party or event space. Each code, when scanned, shows your guests an assignment. They are then asked to do the assignment and make a picture or video of it.
Winners – QRQuest maintains a list of who did which activities when. You can give away prizes at the end to the guests who completed the most assignments or completed them the fastest.
Live feed – Hook up a PC, laptop or mobile device to a large screen or TV. QRQuest maintains a live feed of completed activities and can show the photos and videos as they are created.
Gallery – After your party or event, you can share a link with all your guests. With the link they can view a gallery of all photos and videos. They can also download individual photos and videos or download them all at once.

Do guests need to install an app?
No, guests scan the QR codes with the camera on their mobile phone. They are then taken to the web pages of your quest. The first time guests scans a QR code, they need to enter their name or alias. They can then do the assignments and make pictures and videos. The pictures and videos are stored in your quest.
Can I create my own assignments?
Definitely. That is the hole idea behind making a quest. So you can adapt your quest to your party’s or event’s theme. No inspiration? No worries, we have a library of example assignments for you.
Where can guests find the QR codes?
You print your QR codes. Every assignment has a unique code. You can print 1 per page or 4 or 8 per page. Clip them and hang them everywhere.
Can I use QRQuest for childrens’ parties?
Yes, you certainly can use QRQuest for childrens’ parties. The interface is very simple and children will have no problem using it.
What does the 30 day period mean?
You first start by creating a quest with assignments. Once you are satisfied with the quest, you can activate the quest. From then on it is open for use by your guests. They can start scanning QR codes and completing assignments.
When you active the quest, you are asked to pay for it. From that moment on we count 30 days. After that period we will remove your quest and all photos and videos.
Can I remove inappropriate images or videos?
Yes, as creator of the quest you can remove photos or videos that you find inappropriate.
Can I suspend a player?
Yes, as quest master you can suspend a player (and let them in again).
